​Process Whisperer® Consultants LLC Owner and CEO, David Harry, a.k.a. "the Process Whisperer®, is an expert at business process analysis and using project management, Lean, and six sigma to improve your business processes. The name "Process Whisperer®" is a registered mark of Process Whisperer® Consultants LLC and is protected by U.S. Patent and Trademark laws.

David Harry

Dave is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ), who brings expert business process skills from working with Rolls-Royce Energy, Northrop Grumman Corporation, BearingPoint and the US Joint Forces Command. Dave is also an experienced project manager and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also Lean Bronze Certified (LBC) and a Certified Lean Master Facilitator through training at the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineering (IISE). 

Dave is also a former U.S. Naval Aviator who takes planning, mission accomplishment, completing tasks and leadership seriously.  With multiple master's level degrees in Management and Systems Management, Dave is now ready to work with your company to maximize its potential and revenue.
